Keep the Fun Safe

bk2299 believes that online betting is entertainment — not a burden. That is why we are committed to providing a safe and aware betting environment for every player.

Why Is Responsible Gambling Important?

Betting and casino games are a popular form of entertainment. But like any entertainment, they need to be kept within limits. bk2299 always wants every member to play consciously, safely, and enjoyably. Responsible gambling is not just about protecting yourself — it is also about being responsible toward your family and community.

Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play on our platform. We take a strict stance against minors gambling, and our verification process is fully secure to ensure this.

Betting should never be considered a source of income. It is a form of entertainment. Always set a specific budget before playing and avoid placing larger bets in an attempt to recover losses.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount at any time. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you wish to increase it.

Time-Out Option

Temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Logging in is not possible during a time-out — take a break and reflect.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for a minimum of 3 months up to permanently, and it cannot be reactivated during this period.

Session Reminder

A reminder is sent at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. Awareness is the first step toward protection.

Account Verification

We verify the age of every account at registration. Registration is strictly prohibited for those under 21 years of age, and proof of age may be requested.

24/7 Support

Our 24/7 live chat support in Bengali is always ready for any questions or assistance related to responsible gambling.

Recognize the Warning Signs

When gambling or betting goes beyond entertainment and starts to have a negative impact on your life, it becomes a problem. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, take action without delay:

Spending money on betting beyond your budget and having a tendency to place even more bets to try to recover losses.
Withdrawing from family, friends, or work and making betting your top priority.
Lying about betting or hiding it from family.
Continuing to bet by taking on debt or spending savings.
Feeling restless, angry, or uncomfortable when unable to bet.
Repeatedly returning to betting despite trying to stop.
Experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression because of betting.

If any of the above signs apply to you, contact our live chat without delay or activate self-exclusion.

bk2299's Commitment

The safety of every player in Bangladesh is our highest priority. We are committed to the following:

Regularly sharing awareness information on responsible gambling.

Keeping a 24/7 support team available in Bengali at all times.

Top Tips for Playing Responsibly

Set a budget: Decide how much money you can spend before you start playing and never go beyond that limit.

Set a time limit: Decide in advance how long you will bet each day. Use session reminders to keep yourself on track.

Do not bet emotionally: Avoid placing extra bets out of anger or frustration after a loss. Trying to recover losses often leads to even greater ones.

Take breaks: Avoid playing for long stretches without stopping — take breaks in between. It is easier to make decisions with a clear head.

Talk to loved ones: Speak openly with family or trusted friends about your betting. Hiding things only makes problems worse.

Never bet with borrowed money: Never bet using loans or money set aside for daily expenses. Betting should always be done with spare funds.
